We have received reports of fraudulent emails related to hotel reservations for the Surgical AI & Telesurgery Days 2026.
We are aware of the fraudulent mailing addresses listed below; however, additional addresses may exist but are NOT associated with us:
Please ensure that you book your accommodation only through our Travel & Hospitality Officers.
A block of rooms has been reserverd for faculty members at the designated faculty hotel. Please get in contact directly with our Travel & Hospitality Officers to book your room.
Please report any suspicious emails as phishing emails in your inbox to safeguard yourself from future phishing emails. Thank you for your help!
