We have received reports of fraudulent emails related to hotel reservations for the Surgical AI & Telesurgery Days 2025.

Emails from addresses like 'reservations@gtravelexpert.com' and 'bookings@gtravelexpert.com', or similar senders are NOT associated with us!​

Please ensure that you book your accommodation only through our Travel & Hospitality Officer.

A block of rooms has been reserverd for faculty members at the designated faculty hotel. Please get in contact directly with our Travel & Hospitality Officer to book your room.
